Ευχάριστα αν και βραχύβια νέα για τους φίλους των ιστορικών prog/doom metallers “While Heaven Wept”, καθώς ανακοινώθηκε από την επίσημη σελίδα του συγκροτήματος πως θα εμφανιστούν για μία και μοναδική συναυλία στο φεστιβάλ ProgPower USA που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Atlanta στις αρχές του φετινού Σεπτεμβρίου.
Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι το συγκρότημα εμφανίστηκε για τελευταία φορά στη χώρα μας τον περασμένο Νοέμβριο, στις 21, στο χώρο του Temple.
Σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση, την οποία υπογράφει ο ίδιος ο Tom Philips (η κινητήριος δύναμη όλου του συγκροτήματος), για τον εορτασμό των τριάντα (30) χρόνων της μπάντας αλλά και για τα δέκα χρόνια από το “Vast Oceans Lachrymose”, εκφράζει την ανάγκη που δημιουργήθηκε να αποτίσουν φόρο τιμής στο ίδιο τους το έργο, αφού παραδέχεται πως έχουν δώσει όλη τους τη ζωή σε αυτό το συγκρότημα. Παράλληλα σπεύδει να ξεκαθαρίσει πως πρόκειται για τον ορισμό της “αποκλειστικότητας” και της “μιας και μοναδικής φοράς”.
